Blue Defender Cam Rotor Pump
Working principle of cam rotor pump: the synchronous rotating rotor is adopted to rotate in the synchronous reverse direction under the driving of the main and auxiliary shafts, and the volume of the pump changes periodically.
There is no gap designed between the rubber coated three-blade spiral rotor and the pump casing. In the pump operation, the vacuum degree can reach 0.084, and the strong self-priming capacity can be realized without pump priming.

Characteristics

2.Full-rubber-coated rotor
Rubber material: fluorine rubber (FPM), nitrile rubber (NBR), ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber (EPDM), hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR)
Characteristics: oil resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, especially suitable for transporting high viscosity complex media containing soft particles.
3.Cartridge mechanical seal/flushing system
Lubricate and cool the separate isolation chamber; select the seal ring of corresponding material according to the operating parameters, so as to achieve no leakage, corrosion-resistant requirements;

4.Low shear and low emulsification

6.Forward and reverse rotation
It transports medium when rotating forward and flushes when rotating reversely, one pump for dual purposes, and is suitable for MBR membrane treatment, production water pump, oil depot unloading and emergency oil unloading pump.
7.Independent reducer

Requirements for type selection
The higher the solid content, the lower the rotation speed of the cam rotor pump; in order to reduce the wear and prolong the service life of the pump, the small flow technology sometimes corresponds to the pump model with larger pipe diameter.
2.Viscosity.
The higher the viscosity, the lower the corresponding rotation speed; too high rotation speed will lead to operation cavitation, vibration and noise, and reduce the service life of the rotor and other accessories
3.The cam rotor pump is not sensitive to the impurities such as soft particles, long floc, fiber and plastic bag, and is characterized by no clogging and no winding.
